Pilates is a safe and effective low impact exercise method and movement education system which will invigorate your mind and body. It is intense and stimulating yet gentle, practical and relaxing. Exercises are adapted for complete beginners, intermediate or advanced levels making it generally suitable for any age group and fitness level. Pilates aims to elongate and strengthen muscles restoring your body to balance allowing you to move more freely, feel more youthful and look your very best.
Pilates is a wonderful way to exercise so come along to one of my classes or book a private lesson and see how enjoyable and worthwhile it can be. I provide everything you need to take part, including comfortable mats. Just wear clothing you can move freely in and don’t worry about trainers; we exercise in socks or bare feet.
Classes and private lessons or duets (2:1's) are held in my custom built studio in Underriver which is less than 10 minutes from Sevenoaks. Private lessons can be taught on the key piece of resistance equipment used in Pilates called a Reformer which is versatile, effective and fun. (read more Matwork/Reformer)
